You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return all or part of your purchase for a refund, free of charge*.

Returned items must be new, unused, and with original tags attached (see our Terms & Conditions for more details).

* Free returns available within mainland France only

How do I proceed?

Log in to our self-service return portal, https://track.hive.app/fr/coconutsplit/returns enter your order number and shipping postal code.
You will then be able to download a return label to send back the item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving your return, using the original payment method.
