Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return all or part of your purchase for a refund, free of charge* (*only within mainland France).

📌 Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be new, unused, and with their original tags (see T&Cs for details).

How to proceed?

  1. Send an email to aloha@coconutsplit.com.

  2. Within 2 business days, we will send you a prepaid Colissimo return label.

  3. Ship the items to the following address:

  4. Let us know if you prefer an exchange or a refund.

💳 Refunds will be processed within 5 days after receiving your return, using the original payment method.
