Not a perfect fit? No worries. At Coconutsplit, we want you to feel 100% comfortable and confident in what you wear. If that’s not the case, we’ve made our return process simple, free, and hassle-free.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send your swimsuit back to us. No questions asked, no justification needed: as long as the conditions below are met, we will process your refund.

Conditions for a successful return

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The swimsuit is in perfect condition.

  • The hygiene seal is still intact and in place on the absorbent area.

  • The tags are still attached and untorn.

  • The original packaging is included and in good condition.

Good news: You are welcome to try on your swimsuit to check the fit, provided the hygiene seal and tags remain untouched.

How to return your order in 3 easy steps

1. Get your free Colissimo return label

Your return label is available for free directly through your order tracking page. To access it:

  1. Log in to your Customer Account.

  2. Select the relevant order.

  3. Click on the "Colissimo Return" block to generate and download your label.

Note: You can also find the link to your tracking page in the confirmation email sent when you placed your order.

2. Prepare your package

Place the swimsuit back into its original packaging and securely attach the Colissimo return label to the outside of the parcel.

3. Drop it off

Drop off your package at any Post Office or Colissimo service point of your choice.
Please keep your deposit receipt until your refund is processed; it is your official proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once your package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 14 days via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the transaction is complete.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired model or size immediately. This way, you’ll receive your new swimsuit much faster. Simply return the original item following the procedure above for a full refund.
